Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to technology Services provided by Quepay Solutions Private Limited (“Nikspay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), CIN U66190DL2023PTC410749 and GSTIN 07AAACQ8846M1ZT, having its registered office at Second Floor, Plot No-82, Block-D, Nangal Dewat, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, South Delhi, Delhi, 110070. It should be read with the applicable merchant or partner agreement and the refund policy of the business from which an end customer made a purchase.
1. Platform, integration, and subscription fees
- Platform access, integration, subscription, support, and other technology fees are defined in the applicable commercial agreement or order form.
- Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for completed work, consumed services, and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable.
- Approved credits or refunds are applied using the method and timeline agreed with the merchant or partner.
2. Cancelling ongoing Services
Cancellation requires written notice in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement. Charges accrued up to the effective cancellation date, including committed minimums and third-party costs where applicable, remain payable. Suspension or closure may be delayed where transaction, settlement, dispute, or legal obligations remain open.
3. Purchases made from a merchant
Nikspay is a technology service provider and is not the seller of goods or services purchased from merchants using our infrastructure. The merchant decides whether an end customer is eligible for a refund under the merchant’s policy and applicable law. The merchant must initiate an approved refund through the available payment channel.
4. Refund processing
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method through the applicable bank or payment partner. Credit timing depends on the customer’s bank, payment network, and reconciliation status and may typically take five to seven working days after initiation. Nikspay cannot accelerate processing controlled by those third parties.
5. Failed or duplicate transactions
Where money is debited but a transaction fails or a genuine duplicate is confirmed, a reversal is normally processed to the original payment method. Bank and network timelines may take five to seven working days. If the credit is not visible after the applicable period, the customer should first contact the merchant with the transaction reference, date, amount, and payment method.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under the rules and evidence timelines of the relevant bank, card network, payment network, or regulated partner. Merchants must respond to notifications within the stated deadline and remain responsible for resulting debits, fees, or reserve adjustments where applicable.
7. Raising a refund-related query
Submit the query through the contact section on our home page, call +91 85569 71583, or write to our registered office. Include the merchant name, transaction ID, transaction date, amount, payment method, and a concise description. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, card PINs, or full card details.
For a purchase refund, contact the merchant first. Nikspay can assist the merchant and its payment partners with processing evidence but cannot independently approve a refund for the merchant’s goods or services.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Services, partner processes, or legal obligations. The date above identifies the latest published version.
